Diana Peterson-More masterfully synthetizes effective communication opportunities. By sharing research findings, anecdotal narratives and practical case studies, she highlights how human it is to err in our communications, and how possible it may be to avoid missteps and repair mistakes when they occur. I especially appreciate the “Its A Wrap” at the end of each chapter, where she offers up key nuggets to mindfully consider as we move through our daily interactions. Courageous Communication: A Return to Civility is thoughtful/substantive but still an easy/enjoyable read, and so relatable to anyone who values the art of communication!
